Winning the DMN 10 Star Challenge in 2012 with ’10 Star House Done Dirt Cheap’ and Tim’s own home the, ‘House with No Bills’ have driven a body of work in recent years, where high performance results have been delivered at modest budget levels for clients who share the goals of ensuring substance is not subservient to style and fashion doesn’t trump function.
Admirable architecture and sustainability are delivered for clients who are seeking to control lifecycle costing for procurement as well as occupation expenses.
Six versions of the ‘House with No Bills have now been built around Victoria by people who have seen it and said ‘I want one of those’.
F2 Design has been dedicated to the dictum that high-performance does not attract a price premium based on the understanding that it is knowledge that makes a difference not money. The power of NatHERS modelling to drive design and specification choices has been extraordinarily influential.
