Julia is an urban designer and strategic planner with more than 12 years’ experience in private and public practice in Melbourne and Sydney. As a recognised expert, she regularly provides independent urban design advice and evidence in relation to site-specific development proposals for apartments developments at a variety of scales. Julia also specialises in preparing urban design frameworks, structure plans, master plans and urban design guidelines for activity centres, transport precincts and urban renewal precincts.
