The Design Matters National Mentoring Program is a rewarding opportunity for qualified and experienced members to provide guidance to professionals new to the building design and thermal performance industries.
Accredited Thermal Performance Assessors are encouraged to join our Mentoring Program to provide guidance and assistance to less experienced assessors. Mentors are highly respected within their respective industries and the Design Matters National network.
Thermal Performance Assessors who participate in our mentoring program have passed a quality assurance audit within the last 12 months and have successfully completed a peer review interview. Any time spent providing mentoring is categorised as technical training and qualifies for CPD point allocation.
