OVERVIEW:
This live online tutorial will walk you through and explain the many changes that have come about in the NatHERS Tech Notes with the introductions of NCC 2022 provisions. This first tutorial in a series of two will specifically cover the new and updated thermal performance section of the Technical Note, while a second tutorial will specifically cover the new Whole of Home section of the NatHERS Technical Note.
Revered industry leader, Wayne Floyd will present this tutorial and also field questions at the conclusion.
This updated knowledge, some of which reverses decades old rating procedures, is essential for all Assessors to understand and apply in order to comply with NCC 2022 provisions, which come into effect [voluntarily] from May 2023 and come into full effect in October 2023 [acknowledging State variances].
