Matthew Hayle
Brickworks

Throughout various product and business development roles, working in collaboration with architects and designers over the past 20 years, Matthew has been a part of developing elegant and innovative solutions to project constraints. His roles have seen him work on some iconic projects in both Australia and overseas. His career has taken him to work in five countries, including a 2-year secondment managing in New Zealand.

Most recently, Matthew has been excited to take on the role of Business Development Manager for Brickworks Building Products in Victoria.

A desire to always be learning has seen courses undertaken in Business Management and Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management, culminating in an MBA being completed in 2020, he is constantly striving to expand his knowledge. During his career, Matthew has worked with a wide variety of both interior and external building materials including various metals, composites, timber, and most recently with Brickworks, brick and concrete masonry products. With a passion for working with people, Matthew is always seeking to build new and productive relationships, to develop new ideas, and bring concepts to life.
