Tiffany Bussem Jorgensen
Statutory Planner

Tiffany is a Statutory Planner with four years’ experience across both local government and the private sector, commencing her planning career while completing a Bachelor of Planning (Honours) at La Trobe University Bendigo. Tiffany has experience across a broad range of residential, rural, heritage, industrial, and subdivision-related planning applications. In her current role within the City of Greater Bendigo’s Statutory Planning Department, she manages a high-volume caseload comprising applications of varying complexity and provides mentoring to a student planner. Tiffany is passionate about fostering strong relationships with applicants, delivering high-quality planning outcomes, and ensuring timely and thorough assessments to support efficient decision-making.

 

Ben Wilby
Building Surveyor

 Ben Wilby brings a ground-up perspective to the building industry, combining hands-on trade experience with high-level technical expertise. Beginning his career as a qualified carpenter, Ben spent years on construction sites before transitioning into building inspection and surveying. With nearly two decades in the industry, he specialises in bridging complex regulatory requirements with practical on-site application. Ben is a Registered Building Practitioner, holds a Bachelor of Building Surveying, and multiple qualifications in Building and Construction. He has co-owned a Bendigo-based building surveying practice for eight years and is an active contributor to industry education and forums

 

Brad Cull - Perfect Window & Doors
Business Development Manager

Brad Hull brings over 20 years’ experience across the building and construction industry. His background includes 10 years as a registered domestic builder in South Africa, eight years as owner of a large commercial carpentry business in Melbourne, and a further seven years in senior roles within the building materials supply sector. At Perfect Windows & Doors, Brad works closely with builders, designers and procurement teams across Australia, supporting projects that demand energy compliance, tight timeframes and premium performance. He is known for providing practical advice, clear lead times and locally supported window solutions that help projects run smoothly.

 

 

Jason Webster - Perfect Window & Doors
General Manager

Jason Webster is approaching 2 years as General Manager of Perfect Windows and Doors since transition to uPVC and exit of Aluminum. 2o plus years at Corinthian Doors , William Russell Doors  and Trend Windows in senior management roles in Victoria as well as NSW and WA. He has manufacturing experience in varying Timber, Aluminum and uPVC plants and managed large sales and operations teams across multiple sites and channels.
