About you Your new role will be responsible for: • Identification of design processes and procedures • Documentation at all stages from concept to construction • Strong understanding of codes, regulations, Australian standards and BCA • Management of conflicting deadlines • Revit family creation • Dealing with planning and building authorities As well as the technical skills, to ensure you are a great team fit, you will have: • strong attention to detail – be a firm believer that details are important • excellent verbal and written communication skills – be confident and concise when communicating. • a focus on continuing improvement – be willing and open to participate in development, feedback (giving and receiving), reflection and process improvement. • the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and clients • a belief that values should be lived – not just talked about Sounds good?
