Position Description
This is a full-time (including 1 day WFH) role for a Building Designer / REVIT Technician at our office in Wembley, WA. The role involves daily tasks related to client-liaison, building design, documentation & consultant team management, with exposure to tendering, contract administration and site instruction.
Instructions for Candidates
Minimum Requirements Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Highly developed building design skills including advanced proficiency in REVIT software, A firm understanding a wide-range of typical Western Australian construction methodologies and materials especially in regard to industrial & commercial construction, Demonstrated experience in managing consulting engineers, regulatory authorities and other project stakeholders, Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and approvals processes, Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision, and A formal qualification in Building Design or Architecture.
