Position Description
We are seeking an Architect, Building Designer, Architectural Draftsperson with local architectural deisgn experience with a minimum of 3 years. Furthermore construction knowledge of building, with a clear understanding of BCA & NCC regulations. The candidate will have key experience with in the architectural built environment, and able to liaise, communicate with all various sub-consultants. A clear understanding of planning process and able to undertake research via government planning portals. We are seeking a creative person wanting to take schematic concepts through to complete design, have a key eye for detail and see a project through from inception to completion. We are seeking a responsible candidate who has a strong work ethic, values and is a professional, who is able to work in a team environment or autonomously. The candidate should also be able to formally use the following digital platforms and have a minimum proficiency with all software programs. - REVIT - AutoCAD - Photoshop - Sketchup The is a full-time position or full-time contract.
