Marcus Betts: Director - bettswhite home designs

Marcus Betts, the director of bettswhite has a Masters in Architecture, a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture (UTS) and a Diploma in Architectural Technology (Ultimo Tafe). Before taking the leap a couple of years ago to focus solely on bettswhite, Marcus worked with a residential Design and Construct company in Sydney for 17 years, where he worked with 100s of families to design and renovate their home. bettswhite, established in 2018 is a small boutique home design and drafting company specialising in residential alterations and additions. We help our clients through the tricky process of building their dream home from concept design, to approvals, right through to construction. We work closely with Council, Certifiers, Builders and all building professionals to help get the best result for our clients. 

 

Michael Lucchitti: Team Leader - Codes - NSW Department of Planning and Environment

Michael Lucchitti s an architect planner with extensive experience in private practice, local and state government.
Beginning as an architect carrying out work in residential, commercial and recreational facilities design work and project management before joining Sutherland Council as Council Architect. While, at Sutherland Council, Michael was part of the Councils Design Review Panel, and also worked in development approvals and strategic planning.
After joining the Dept. of Planning, Michael carried out major development assessments, policy reform and ePlanning for a number of years, before joining the Codes Team, where he is involved in policy work and manages the Codes Hotline team and the Complying development education program.

 

Joshua Grossman: Building Surveyor, Town Planner - ACG

Joshua Grossman is a Town planner and registered Building Surveyor with over 9 years experience working within the industry. Joshua is currently the principal of Strategic Approvals and Australian Certifying Group.

Joshua provides the following specialisations:

Assessment of Construciton Certificates, Complying Development Certificates and Occupation Certificates
Providing formal advice for interpretation of planning legislation
Representing owners and appearing at Local Planning Panel meetings
Lodgment and coordination of Development Applications
